Location: San Juan, PR
Salary: $13.00 – $15.00/hr
Schedule: 32–40 hours/week | Shifts between 7:00am–10:00pm CST

We’re hiring customer-focused professionals to guide callers through insurance options and assist with enrollments—all by phone.
What You’ll Do:
* Handle inbound/outbound calls and support insurance enrollments
* Recommend the best plans based on customer needs
* Accurately complete applications and document interactions

Requisitos Requirements
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or higher
* 3+ months in a call center or similar role
* Flexible availability for rotating shifts (7:00am - 10:00pm)
