This position is responsible for providing support to the legal department in the day-to-day administrative office activities. Assists in the maintenance of the documentation of legal papers and electronic internal database system to ensure rapid retrieval of critical information. Conducts filling, data gathering and proof-reading activities for facilitating the legal work. |
Requisitos Requirements
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Secretarial Sciences, or similar.
The position requires three (3) years of related experience.
Paralegal studies or experience preferred.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and oral.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Ability to adapt easily to change.
Ability to maintain confidential data.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work with a goal-oriented operation.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Monday to Friday: 9am to 6pm
